Namibia Transport exists because arriving in Namibia should not begin with negotiating at a kerb. We are a Namibian booking and dispatch operation based in 77 Independence Avenue: you book online at a fixed price, and we take responsibility for everything that has to happen before a car door opens — confirming the trip, watching the flight, assigning the right driver and vehicle, and staying reachable until you are where you are going.
The driving itself is done by independent Namibian partner drivers. We select them, brief them on our standard — name-board meet & greet, no meter, no detours, help with luggage — and we stand behind every trip they take for us. If a driver has an emergency, re-assigning the trip is our problem, never yours.
We are deliberately transparent about being a young company. We would rather show you exactly how a booking works, quote a price that cannot move, and be reachable on WhatsApp at every step, than borrow credibility we have not earned yet. Our standards are simple: a confirmed booking is a kept booking, a quoted price is the final price, and a message to us gets answered by a person.
How we are reachable
Coordination runs 06:00–22:00 CAT, daily. On the day, your driver holds your flight number and your contact details, so a delay reaches you directly. We would rather state the hours we actually cover than advertise a desk we do not yet staff.

- Long-distance private transfers between Windhoek and the coast, priced per vehicle.
- Corporate and group transport on account — quoted online, invoiced monthly.

What if something goes wrong?
Every transfer has a plan B. Here is ours, before you need it.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- Your flight number goes to your driver with the booking, so the pickup follows your actual landing time. No waiting fee — a delay is not your fault.
- What if I cannot find my driver?
- Message the WhatsApp number on your confirmation. We are in contact with your driver and will put you together in minutes.
- What if my driver has an emergency?
- Re-assignment is our job, not yours. Another of our partner drivers is placed on your trip at the same price, and we tell you immediately.
- What if I land late at night?
- Pickups are scheduled to your confirmed flight, including overnight arrivals. Landing at 02:00 is normal for us, not an exception.
- What if I need to change my booking?
- Message us. Changes are free more than 24 hours before pickup, and we will always try to accommodate later ones.
- What if nobody comes at all?
- Then you pay nothing, and anything already paid is refunded in full. That is written into our terms, not just promised here.
